Are you an experienced people manager with a strong background in database management and seeking an opportunity to work for company that makes a real difference to people's lives?

Juice is excited to be supporting a fantastic charity with their search for a Database and Compliance Manager to join their organisation on 6 month fixed term contract.

We are looking for an individual with strong experience of CRM and compliance managementwho can hit the ground running.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Innovation and Community Director, this is a crucial role that is responsible for data and insight across the fundraising team.

Experience of working within fundraising or marketing is desirable but not essential.

You Will Be:

Managing the Database and Compliance team (team of 3)
Supporting a migration project
Conducting regular onetoones and appraisals
Producing monthly reports
Budget, forecasting and expenditure management
Producing monthly KPI's and reporting for wider team
Working closely with the director to deliver effective compliance monitoring
General database management; data analysis and KPI reporting

You Will Need:

Experience of effective team management
Experience of working within fundraising or marketing is desirable but not essential
Advanced MS Office skills; in particular Excel (data preparation & manipulation)
Knowledge of SQL or similar reporting tools advantageous
Project management experience
Attention to detail
Solutions orientated
Highly organised and ability to work to deadlines
Be available to start at short notice
