Fantastic New IFA Administration Opportunity in Glasgow

Hybrid/WFH - Early finish on Friday

Salary up to £30K DOE plus excellent benefits package


Our client is an established Financial Planning business who are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a good background in IFA administration, to join their growing support team.

They provide investment advice and retirement planningto a broad range of clients including high net worth clients.


You will be responsible for:

  • Handling initial client enquiries in person, in writing and by telephone
  • Being the first point of contact for all clients
  • Carrying out the new client onboarding process
  • Diary management
  • Preparing quotes and illustrations
  • Processing new business
  • Preparing for annual client reviews
  • Preparing client paperwork and issuing reports

The key skills required:

  • Financial service administration experience within a small business
  • Good financial service product knowledge
  • Experience in prioritising and managing a varied caseload within a regulated environment
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • IT Literate
  • Positive, cando attitude
