Hybrid/WFH - Early finish on Friday
Salary up to £30K DOE plus excellent benefits package
Our client is an established Financial Planning business who are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a good background in IFA administration, to join their growing support team.
You will be responsible for:
- Handling initial client enquiries in person, in writing and by telephone
- Being the first point of contact for all clients
- Carrying out the new client onboarding process
- Diary management
- Preparing quotes and illustrations
- Processing new business
- Preparing for annual client reviews
- Preparing client paperwork and issuing reports
The key skills required:
- Financial service administration experience within a small business
- Good financial service product knowledge
- Experience in prioritising and managing a varied caseload within a regulated environment
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- IT Literate
- Positive, cando attitude
