Description
A opportunity is now available for a full time permanent position. The service operates during weeks days between 8am and 5pm. We are willing to be flexible with working hours and days.

This is a fantastic development opportunity. Training and support will be provided to the successful applicants.


Provide a comprehensive medical secretarial support service including typing clinic assessments, reports, discharge summaries and other relevant confidential correspondence dealing with medical terminology, digital dictation and audio transcription.


Provide administrative support to the clinical team undertaking various tasks such as making and receiving telephone calls to/from patients, carers and a range of internal and external NHS staff.

Photocopying, arranging meetings, retrieving medical notes, filing correspondence.
