Who are we looking for?
- 1+ year of experience in Recruitment.
- Confidence to pick up the phone and make calls.
Must-haves:
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Interest in growing and developing professionally.
- Good IT skills
- Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Nice to have:
- Healthcare experience (either personally or as a recruiter).
Not doing?
- Business development. We know its not for everyone. If you don't want to do BD, but can fill roles and maybe in the future manage clients, that's cool
- We've got space for you. Want the option to progress onto BD in the future? No worries, we've got the training and support for that too.
