We cover Ruislip, Ickenham, Uxbridge, Harrow, Rayners Lane, Harefield and Northolt.

Within this role, you will be going from home to home providing personal care, building relationships, and making a difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

We will provide you with full training and help you with your Care Certificate.

Shifts 7am-11am / 5pm-9pm. Weekday and Weekend availability.

You will be joining a supportive team who are focused on providing the highest level of person-centred care. When joining Home Instead you can expect;

No visits shorter than 1 hour We understand that short visits don't work for either you or the person you care for, which is why we have a 1 hour minimum per booking.
Competitive rates of
£ £14.30 per hour.
Paid intro/shadows.
Paid mileage 40p per mile

Care Certificate and provide
ongoing support with excellent career progression.

The role of a care worker includes:

Providing support and care for our clients within their own homes.
Supporting and assisting with personal care.
Preparing meals and associated domestic tasks.
Supporting your clients with their hobbies and social interests.

Qualifications:

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have access to your own vehicle and class 1 business insurance.

Experience is not essential as we provide full training and ongoing support.
