Customer Relations Representative


We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join our team and help us maintain and strengthen our customer relationships.


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Utilize Salesforce to accurately document customer interactions and update customer information

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote products or services to customers

Skills:


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions

Salary:
From £24,719.50 per year
