This role will draw upon your extensive experience to support the Board during a period of transformation and organisational restructure

Key responsibilities may include:

Oversee financial functions within an established and profitable construction business
Continued professionalisation of the finance function
Improvement of existing processes and enhancing the quality of the Management Information
Transition to a cloudbased software system
Collaborating closely with the executive team to ensure financial excellence and compliance

Requirements:

Proven CFO or Finance Director experience in a construction, manufacturing, or engineering business
Track record of professionalising a finance function
Expertise in showcasing both operational and strategic financial leadership
Strong experience in implementing rigorous process and controls
Commitment to driving financial excellence and innovation
