What you will be doing


The purpose of this role is to shape, drive and deliver our Integration governance, working together with all layers of the governance (board to functional level) to manage the effective delivery of the integration and synergy-related benefits.

This role will require the lead to work with both Dentsu and the newly acquired business.

We're looking for a talented M&A Integration Lead to lead this programme and realize the full value of transactions from deal closing and beyond.

This role will report to the M&A Integration Director.

The role will also work closely with Regional Integration Leads, Functional Leads, Senior Dentsu Leadership (C-Suite and Board Level), and wider programme integration support.

The difference you'll make

  • Defining, agreeing, and cascading the integration strategy, and integration
guiding principles and acting as a champion of the vision of the integration

and program management structure to create the drive needed to capture

the value of the transaction. Continuously identifies opportunities for gover
- nance improvement and training and upskilling of team members.

  • Developing and managing the programme team and identifying and securing
the provision of resources needed for the overall programme and related

projects. Clearly defines, agrees, and delegates team, project, and key stake

holder roles and responsibilities. Develops capability and fosters innovation

and empowers and inspires others to deliver successful projects and achieve

ultimate desired programme outcomes.

  • Understanding and being familiar with integration best practices and key in
- tegration deliverables (plans & operating models). Support the regionally

aligned Integration Leads with decision-making, dependency mapping, and

integration delivery based on what you've seen previously and what works

well vs what doesn't work well.

  • Supporting management in tracking budget against actuals.
  • Working hand in hand with leadership to manage the pace and momentum
of the integration by pushing for timely decisions on key issues and ensuring

delivery of key actions and deadlines at the Regional and Functional level.

Keep the integration team honest and escalate as appropriate where delivery

is behind schedule and the potential impact as a result.

  • Engaging key senior stakeholders (C-Suite / Board level) effectively to make
better-informed decisions and resolve any dependencies in a way that drives

understanding, alignment, enthusiasm, and ownership of the Integration

roadmap and delivers on the overall integration strategy.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of integration experience and a consistent track record in leading
and delivering integrations.

  • Expert in project management and frequent use of qualitative and quantita
tive analysis skills

  • Strong and relevant track record of operating within large, matrixed global organisations, adept at collaborating with multiple levels of business and functional leaders to drive appropriate solutions of operational focus, with strong analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail.

It would also be nice for you to have

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills coupled with good organisational
skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Leading integration consultancy firm experience preferred.
