Salary: £17.20ph + holiday pay (£19.28 including)

Our client, a leading London university, is looking to recruit a full-time (35 hours per week) temporary Student Enquiries Officer to support them during this busy time in the build up to the new academic year.

This post will be Monday-Friday and hours 9am-5pm, the post will be working onsite each day in Zone one.

They are looking for someone to start on the 1st August until 31st October, with a possibility that this could extend.

In order to be considered for this post, you will have worked within a similar post, ideally within a higher education setting or similar organisation, involving offering excellent customer service.

Well-developed IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

You will have an approachable, friendly manner, with the ability to remain calm and patient whilst dealing with sensitive and confidential information in a busy environment.

Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and distribute information.

The post is looking to start on the 1st August, so you will need to be able to meet these timeframes for consideration.
