Customer Service and Administration Apprentice

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is wanting to take the first step of their career into the educational sector, specifically in the administrative side of a school as a Customer Service and Admin Apprentice.


In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the admin team and financial department, whilst ensuring all reception duties are completed.

So if you have great customer service skills, this is your opportunity.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception duties to include greeting visitors, signing them in and issuing a visitor's badge
To distribute internal and external post and correspondence
Answering the telephone and passing on messages when required
Supporting the Attendance office with updating of late marks, entering registers etc.
Student services - topping up student cashless catering cards when required, and reproducing new cards as required for both staff and students
Providing support when required to the admin team & finance department
Providing resources when required in the reprographics department. This involves photocopying, producing booklets, and laminating posters and creating student passes etc.
Any other duties to support the admin team
