Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE? - Deliver on Endava's environmental reporting requirements.

- This role will be also involved in Plc accounts project management ensuring all sections are completed by the responsible parties.

- You will work with a junior team member who will be collating the emissions data and checking it for completeness.

- You will be reviewing the data collated by junior team member and documenting your checks.

- You will drive improvement of the emissions data collating process and will coach junior team member on a regular basis.

- You will be reporting to the technical accounting specialist providing analytical review of emissions on a quarterly basis, and comparing to company emissions targets.

- You will provide support and guidance to people responsible for providing emissions data across Endava. - You will be working with external auditors during their year-end audit limited assurance procedures. - Drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement of processes around environmental reporting, Plc accounts preparation and ad-hoc technical questions.

- Support operation of key controls such as post balance sheet events, expected credit losses, going concern assessment on a quarterly or annual basis as required.

- Own group cashflow model; update quarterly; provide summary to technical accounting specialist for review.


Qualifications and Experience:


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR - Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) - Audit background at the assistant manager/manager position is essential.

- Counselling and coaching of junior team members. - Project management on engagement that have several entities in scope. - Being organized and easily adaptable to a fast-changing work environment.

- A relationship builder with people from a variety of backgrounds and able to demonstrate excellent communications skills to a diverse team is key to be successful in this role.

- Project management experience and familiarity with typical planning and reporting tools and techniques is a plus. - This role may also require occasional travel to the group's international locations - predominantly Romania.
