Role:
Customer Service Representative


Salary:
Starting at £20,000, rising to £20,500 in April 2023

Hours:
Monday to Friday,

Holidays: 23 days plus Bank Holidays

Our client, a UK market leader, is seeking to appoint 10 new members to its Customer Care Team

Duties for the Customer Service Advisor:

  • take ownership of client queries and see through to resolution
- dealing with customer money
- build strong relationships with customers
- data management
- system updates
- data entry
- take accurate messages
- escalate issues where appropriate

Experience for the Customer Service Representative:

  • previous office experience
- customer service experience
- able to demonstrate attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
- team player
