Client Success Executive


Location:
Milton Keynes (Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home)


Salary:
Up to £25,500 DOE


Contract Type:
Permanent, full time (Monday - Friday)

Role Objective:


You will be a highly organised individual with the ability to establish and maintain great working relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Being the main point of contact for your clients, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of all clients needs and objectives are successful.


What you'll be doing:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Timely and successful delivery of solutions for clients needs and objectives
  • Collaboration with internal teams, such as; sales, marketing and IT, to ensure clients need are met.
  • Staying on top of SLA's to ensure they are met if not exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyse client usage and performance of their platform to identify any trends or areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service support.

What are we looking for?

  • Organised and efficient with a strong attention to detail.
  • 23 years of experience in a client facing role, preferably in a technology or software company is desirable.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Able to establish and maintain good working relationships built on trust and the ability to challenge.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent written English and strong verbal communication skills, delivering to a varied audience and in different mediums.
  • Customer focus the genuine desire to understand customer needs and respond in a customer focused manner, exceeding expectations where possible.
