Kibosh Ltd is an innovative engineering design company, Established in December 2009 and based in Galashiels in the Scottish Borders.

We develop and sell our Patented Kibosh Rapid Pipe Repair and FASTFREEZE pipe freezing solutions across the UK, and overseas, mainly North America.

All our products are still made locally in the Scottish Borders.
We are a growing ISO 9001 Certified business and want to keep expanding in the UK and globally because, wherever there is a pipe, there is an opportunity for a Kibosh


An outstanding opportunity for a self starter to drive, manage and engage with current and potential customers with our Kibosh products.


Office based in Galashiels, this person will work with the senior leadership team to grow, develop and fulfill our range to a wide range of National customers.


Main purposes of job

  • Driving sales in our growing company to existing customers and onboarding new customers.
  • Driving awareness of our Rapid Pipe Repair and High Efficiency Pipe Freezing products and their benefits to customers and end users.
  • Supporting our busy office with general admin and product fulfilment.

Key tasks

  • Learning all about our products and business. Managing existing customer accounts and onboarding new customers, making them aware of our full range of products and how they will benefit organisations, end users and the environment.


In any business of this size and type, you must be able to work in a small team and multi-task wherever and whenever required.

This is a positive, giving a great variety of tasks, and is required to keep the business growing.


Key results/objectives

  • The key objective and focus will be driving and generating repeat sales from existing customers and onboarding new customers. Managing customers, keeping them happy and building a strong, long-term relationship.
  • Driving awareness through social media & marketing methods, again generating sales. Making sure the unique benefits and messages are conveyed. Increasing interactions, dealing with enquiries, and growing brand awareness.
  • Supporting in the office where required. Assembling and fulfilling customer orders correctly and on schedule.

Experience
Sales experience is preferred, but not vital.

We are looking for a friendly and personable individual who is driven, keen to learn and tenacious when it comes to achieving their goals.

You must have excellent time management, and organisational skills.

Marketing experience is also preferred, particularly digital marketing and social media.


Must be prepared to multitask and support other departments if required, particularly supporting our office with admin, so a moderate knowledge of computing is required.


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
