DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
About the role


Working with our customers and Project Managers for GSO, you will help deliver key projects, utilising a global network of our own engineers and an approved service partner network.


As the Project Co-ordiantor, you will:

  • Work with customers across the globe to successfully deliver key technical and logistics project engagements
  • Take responsibility for project governance on smaller scale engagements
  • Create, maintain, and monitor project schedules
  • Maintain, monitor and control project budgets
  • Capture and implement change control within the project
  • Create and deliver project delivery and budget reports both internally & externally
  • Manage third party suppliers for successful delivery

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
About you

The ideal Project Co-ordinator will:


  • Have experience working in a projectbased role
  • Ideally have experience of the IT services channel and how it works
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in project reporting and governance
  • Stakeholder Management skills, including the ability to set and manage expectations
  • Good organizational skills, be punctual with reports and deadlines
  • Ability to create project documentation
  • A recognised Project Management qualification (i.e. PRINCE2) would be advantageous
