Job Description Position Summary**:


The UK is Trupanion's technology and innovation centre of excellence, and we are looking for UK-based Specialists to round out this team.

Trupanion is seeking an efficient and high-quality 1st line Application Support Specialist to provide excellent technical support to our internal teams and external business clients.


Key Responsibilities Include:


To provide phenomenal 1st line & some 2nd line technical support and customer service for Trupanion and our external customers.


To help the creation or execution of functional testing plans for the development team in proactively identifying issues for both existing features or newly developed changes.


To record all work undertaken on the appropriate internal systems in order to grow customer relationship management whilst maintaining and managing core support functions.


To build and maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of Trupanion's software products through internal/external training as appropriate and personal self-development programs.

To be positive, professional with clients and collaborative and helpful for the team.

Compensation:


  • The salary range for this position is £26,000 £30,000 GBP on a fulltime schedule
  • Along with the base salary, Trupanion employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses.
  • Trupanion may also provide Restricted Stock Units, which vest over 4 years
