Description

Job Title:
Surveyor.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
As part of your new role as a Graduate Surveyor or Civil engineer

You will be responsible for managing a mixture of residential properties and for the measurements, plans and consultations.
You also arrange and meet with house owners onsite to assist in the management of architectural and Structural plans to arrange and handover of plans to architects and structural engineers
Developing designs from client briefs
Produce large scale technical details, working drawings and tender packages including coordination of specialist consultants
Produce accurate and highquality outputs
Contract administration person specification

Graduate Surveyor desired skills and experience:

Minimum of 1year of experience in land surveying, preferably within the surveying, civil engineering sector.
Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
