Job description
A customer facing role that requires excellent people skills.

Our advisors assist customers by providing expert optical advice on our fashionable range of frames and the customers eye care needs.

Optical training is provided in store, so experience in optics is not essential


Requirements for the role:

  • Experience of a customer facing role in the retail sector
  • A high standard of spoken and written English
  • A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships with a wide range of people
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Organisation skills
Full time hours: 37.5 per week, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Salary based on experience.
