Optical training is provided in store, so experience in optics is not essentialRequirements for the role:
- Experience of a customer facing role in the retail sector
- A high standard of spoken and written English
- A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships with a wide range of people
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service focus
- Organisation skills
