Active Lives supports adults with disabilities to live the life they choose by working in a person centred way offering support that is aligned to the values of Community Led Support.

In this role you will work with adults with learning disabilities and autism and other complex needs delivering sessions that build skills and support emotional and physical wellbeing.

Our ethos is to support people to be as independent as they can be in all areas of their life, to be actively involved and included in their local communities and to reduce or avoid people becoming building dependant.

Learning opportunities range from Pathways to Employment to supporting people using a small/next steps approach to develop life skills and communicate their wants and needs so that they can make choices about their lives.

Initially, this role will be based at New Addington Hub and The Cherry Hub however, like all roles in Active Lives the location and team may change according to service demand and evolution.
