A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team at The House of Bruar. We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our existing team. Accounts/finance experience is preferred but not essential.

The role will predominantly provide support to the business in all matters relating to Finance. This includes checking, recording and paying invoices, daily reporting, checking supplier statements and updating spreadsheets.

This role based in the Main Offices at The House of Bruar. The position offers full time hours working Monday to Friday inclusive, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Key responsibilities:


  • Invoice processing.
  • Maintaining the purchase ledger.
  • Liaising with third parties and suppliers.
  • Digital archiving.
  • General administration.

What we are looking for:


  • The ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Analytical skills.
  • The ability to work to deadlines.
  • Sage 50 experience.
  • Excellent computer literacy (especially Microsoft Excel).
  • To be honest, discreet and trustworthy.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Methodical and organised.
