Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a qualified Lawyer to join a well-respected local authority based in the North West.

The Childcare Solicitor role will be for an initial 3-6 month period, with a possibility ofextension.

As a Childcare Solicitor you will be confident in carrying your own caseload of care proceedings, as well as pre-proceeding matters.


Main duties will include:

  • Handing a full caseload of childcare matters, providing advice on all aspects of publiclaw children matters
  • Attending PLO and legal planning meetings
