We are a well-established, professional and highly regarded Partnership within the industry with an excellent reputation for training and development.

We are looking for a student studying a property related degree (RICS accredited) to join the London office on a year's placement.

Working as an Assistant Surveyor, you will work within one of our business groups, getting real experience from day one.

You will receive support towards gaining APC competencies and you will be able to attend training days to further develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours so that you can work towards your APC throughout your placement year.

Our aim is to nurture creative and dynamic property consultants.

Being stuck in an office doing mundane tasks won't do that; you'll be getting out on inspections and meeting clients throughout the UK.

About you

Our second stage is an online situational judgement exercise that will ask how you would respond to certain situations. If you are successful at this stage the final round is our assessment days in late Feb/early March.

The day is made up of group and individual exercises, as well as the opportunity to meet a number of our current graduates and others from across the firm in an informal setting to give you a sense of what it is like to work at Gerald Eve.
