Head of Recruitment
Salary dependant on experience.

We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to join our team here at Rocksteady.

This new and exciting role will play an important part in helping us to position Rocksteady as an employer of choice and attract diverse talent across all levels.


The Role

  • Develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy that promotes our employer brand and supports growth
  • Lead our passionate and dedicated recruitment team, providing leadership and support to optimise recruitment processes and procedures
  • As part of the Senior Leadership Team, develop, analyse and provide metrics regularly to identify actionable insights and recommendations
  • Evaluate and manage contracts and relationships with external vendors
  • Manage all recruitment spend within agreed budget

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in a senior recruitment role with experience of recruiting for a variety of roles including high volume
  • Experience of developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies in a fastpaced growing business
  • Previous experience of leading and developing a team within recruitment with excellent knowledge of policies and practices
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a flexible approach to problem solving
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels
  • Hands on experience with applicant tracking systems (previous experience of Greenhouse would be an advantage but is not essential)
