If the answer is yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Business Support Officer to help support our Health and Adult Services Heads of Service and the wider Business Support Team.
The role as a Business Support Officer, you will provide an efficient and effective support service to a wide variety of team within Health & Adult Services.
The role encompasses a wide range of functions including the data collection and inputting, formatting of documents, coordinating diaries and meetings, other general administration tasks.
You should be able to undertake minute taking, providing high-level support to meetings and producing an accurate record, to a high standard.

You must be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work with limited supervision and meet deadlines as well as being flexible in your approach.
