IT Support Engineer - TURKISH SPEAKING
Hybrid Working

£30,000

My customer is a UK based technology company with culturally diverse and globally dispersed teams. they provide business to business technology solutions to the online gaming/gambling industry. Our operations are currently located in the UK and Turkey.

Your role will be to support our end-users and maintain our primarily laptop-based fleet with some printers and peripherals. This includes onboarding, deployment, Microsoft 365 configuration, end-user training and ongoing support.


Operational

  • Help setup and onboard new staff and new roles
  • Setup accounts
  • Order and setup equipment
  • Onboarding and induction
  • Early password and access issues
  • Manage support requestsviaJira Service Management
  • Create tickets
  • Triage and prioritise the tasks
  • Manage the communication with users so that they are always in the loop
  • Solve the problems to create satisfied users
  • Setup M365 and Atlassian features such as Teams, Shared Mailboxes, Projects, Spaces and user delegation
  • Manage telephony services such as allocating numbers
  • Review logs and other monitoring tools for early warning of problems
  • Escalate issues where necessary

Further Skills

  • Fluent in Turkish, written, and oral.
  • Able to work in shift patterns including night shifts
  • Three Years' experience in an IT Service Desk or support role in a company of at least twenty users.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration adding users, configuring mailboxes and Teams, diagnosing access issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
