I am a founder of a Scandinavian food business.I ran the business as a successful street food operation for a year at two London outdoor weekend markets before Covid first struck.
Since then we have done some one off private catering events.I am now looking to resurrect the business with a more full time focus on it.
To give it the best chance to succeed, I am now seeking a passionate foodie to join me as a co-founder.
Our branding is beautiful and the quality of product is exceptional (I might have a biased view).Key consideration that remains to be agreed is the optional mode of delivery, be it street food, bricks and mortar, catering or something else.
