Who we are looking for?
Our Workday Marketing team are looking for motivated and confident self-starter with a growth mindset and 'can-do' attitude to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers.
As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads for our Workday Services in the EMEA region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring marketing sourced pipeline
- Manage endtoend campaign projects including, planning, execution, tracking and reporting of success
- Deliver against marketing targets, produce regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of objectives set
- Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators, and copywriters, who will help support elements of campaign activity
- Understanding buyer personas to build trust, articulate their challenges, and propose potential solutions
- Write, edit, and proofread copy for materials within marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, and field teams to assist in wider demand generation strategies
Minimum (Essential) Requirements:
- Educated to degree level, preferably in Marketing or a relevant businessrelated discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive business results and meet objectives
- Results driven with a good understanding of lead generation and how to progress leads through a marketing funnel
- Demonstrable experience of marketing techniques like automation/nurtures, webinars, search, digital advertising, and physical events
- Capable of managing the workload of self and team while operating in a highly competitive and pressurised environment while meeting deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate and build trusted relationships with various stakeholders (both internally and externally)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience in creating and executing demand generation campaigns using technology stacks such as Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics
- Prior experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns for a technology company
- Experience of preparing and presenting content
- Keen interest in technology and industry trends
