Who we are looking for?


Our Workday Marketing team are looking for motivated and confident self-starter with a growth mindset and 'can-do' attitude to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers.


As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads for our Workday Services in the EMEA region.

You'll oversee all elements of campaign delivery as well as report and measure on success.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring marketing sourced pipeline
  • Manage endtoend campaign projects including, planning, execution, tracking and reporting of success
  • Deliver against marketing targets, produce regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of objectives set
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators, and copywriters, who will help support elements of campaign activity
  • Understanding buyer personas to build trust, articulate their challenges, and propose potential solutions
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for materials within marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, and field teams to assist in wider demand generation strategies

Minimum (Essential) Requirements:


  • Educated to degree level, preferably in Marketing or a relevant businessrelated discipline
  • Minimum 2 years experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive business results and meet objectives
  • Results driven with a good understanding of lead generation and how to progress leads through a marketing funnel
  • Demonstrable experience of marketing techniques like automation/nurtures, webinars, search, digital advertising, and physical events
  • Capable of managing the workload of self and team while operating in a highly competitive and pressurised environment while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build trusted relationships with various stakeholders (both internally and externally)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:


  • Experience in creating and executing demand generation campaigns using technology stacks such as Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Prior experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns for a technology company
  • Experience of preparing and presenting content
  • Keen interest in technology and industry trends
