Building Surveyor - York / Leeds / Harrogate / Selby - £40,000 - £50,000 + Car

Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a group of companies who operate in the North Yorkshire region who provide survey and valuations across the residential and commercial property market on behalf of individuals, businesses and corporate clients.

Our client is a well-established business who have a close-knit supportive team who are based in York, covering Leeds and North Yorkshire.

Their credibility and accountability, coupled with their range of services make them the surveying firm of choice for their clients.

Role Description
Your key responsibilities will be to provide valuation and survey reports, including Building Surveys.

You will have the support of a central office team as well as the network of highly experienced surveyors within the team.

RICS or Assoc RICS qualification is essential
Confident with IT and technology, using our inhouse I pad survey planner system
Excellent time management skill
A team player
Experience completing Building Surveys
Highly motivated and selfstarter
Hybrid working
