Description

As a member of the Communications Team, the post holder will undertake a variety of roles related to NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership's (NWSSP) communications channels and work with colleagues from across the organisation.


The post holder will produce and edit content for NWSSP's internet and intranet pages, as well as designing and producing a variety of documents such as brochures, reports, newsletters, leaflets and posters.

The post holder will use their own skills, knowledge and judgement to manage projects.


The post holder will ensure that all NWSSP visual communications are in line with NWSSP branding guidelines, ensure that W3C web standards are met throughout the website, comply with Welsh Language Standards and be mindful of information governance issues.

The post holder will also monitor and develop NWSSP's social media channels and presence.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Digital Communications Assistant within the Corporate Communications team.

This post is to support the Digital Communications Officer and the wider Communications team.


The post holder will need to demonstrate skills across numerous digital channels including Social media, graphic design and website administration.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
