Office Angels in Exeter is looking for either an experienced Recruiter or someone with the desire and ambition to succeed in this buoyant and exciting sector.

We are a small expanding team that are award winning and have an abundance of experience.

The role would suit either an experienced recruiter looking for autonomy and freedom to run a desk or someone with transferable business skills that is ready to breakinto the sector.


The role is finding people permanent positions and we cover all of Devon and Cornwall, so you could specialise in a sector or area.

So the key skill sets we are looking for are:

  • Business networking and building business relationships
  • Ability to take Office Angels to market and win business
  • Self motivated, driven, progressive, ambitious, resilient and determined.
The working patterns are flexible with combined office and home working.
