Senior DevSecOps Engineer - £80,000 to £90,000 - Permanent - Hybrid Working - London

Overview:

An excellent opportunity has arisen with an initiative and leading software as a service B2B (SaaS) company who are looking for a talented Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join one of their growing teams in London.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assess current security strategy and enhance this using your experience and good practises.
Work on the deployment and ongoing management of the Akamai WAF solution which protects our platform.
Using your experience and skills to monitor and improve the security posture of the environments via Azure Security Centre.
Work on everything from transitioning the onprem teams into the cloud, helping move to an orchestrated containerbased service architecture (Kubernetes and Docker).
Collaborate with the operations and development teams to plan and execute system changes e.g. security and audit controls.
Working with the CTO, CSO and Lead Enterprise Architect on global projects where security expertise and transformation are required to deliver improvements to the overall platform.
Support the delivery of the Platform Security roadmap working closely with the group Chief Security Officer (CSO).

Requirements:

Excellent handson experience ideally within Microsoft Azure.
Good understanding of Azure security controls, capabilities, and best practices.
Experience with cryptography, X509 certificates, signatures, securing TLS/SSL parameters, and certificate pinning.
Familiarity with Secure Development Lifecycle practices and Agile development with Continuous Delivery / Integration combined with good experience of cloud security, SAST,

DAST, IAST or RASP.

Thought leadership in the security field, with demonstrable contributions to industry groups strongly desired.
Excellent working knowledge of Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tooling.
