Hybrid / Outer London

Up to £75,000 pa (DOE)


Finitas are working on an exclusive basis with an insurance company based outside London who have had an exciting opportunity arise for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join their team.

This role has opened up due to promotion within the business.


This person will drive new market share growth by promoting the company proposition to the UK intermediary market within your strategic partnership and key accounts portfolio.


You will form part of the distribution management team, working in conjunction with all sales, marketing, and proposition teams, to deliver strategic sales, marketing, and business plans across your portfolio to meet ambitious growth plans.


Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • You will report to the Sales Director with responsibility of strategic partnerships and key accounts portfolio and sales plan
  • You will lead the national account manager and key account manager to drive new and incremental premium income across your portfolio
  • You will design and implement sales strategy to deliver on your sales plan
  • You will have a performance management plan to forecast and analyse your team's performance to facilitate accurate budgeting, resource planning and goal setting
  • You will work with data team to analysis the market opportunity and performance of your team to inform strategy, identify new opportunities
  • You will lead any commercial and tender negotiations at a senior level and across key stakeholders
  • You will work with our marketing and compliance teams to maximise our marketing sponsorship arrangements measuring our ROI and growth opportunity
  • You will create and maintain a framework of key relationships and distribution partnerships from your portfolio
  • You will devise effective remuneration schemes that incentivise sales growth
  • You will maintain a high media profile
  • You will identify any risks associated with distribution and work with key stakeholders to document and act when required
