Do you have excellent organisational skills and experience in administration and bookkeeping? Are you looking to work as part of a busy team, in a varied role offering flexible hours? If so then my client has a great opportunity to join them in an PracticeManager role.

Working closely with the Directors and other managers within the office, you will be responsible for the internal bookkeeping as well as providing support in a range of administrative duties.

As Practice Manager your duties will be varied but will include:

  • Day to day bookkeeping on Xero
  • Supporting the Directors with month end process and providing any necessary reports and analysis
  • Drafting and reviewing engagement letters
  • Managing the client onboarding process
  • Various company secretarial matters incl. company formation, share transfers and corporate transactions
  • Filing accounts and tax returns with Companies House and HMRC
  • Office management to include dealing with stationery and office supplies

If you are a self-starter with strong people skills and the desire to learn new skills then this Practice Manager role could be for you My client is happy to provide training in some of the areas above but previous experience of bookkeeping along with excellentwritten and verbal communication skills are required.
