About the Post:

We are looking for a Project Officer to work within the Strategic Housing Team.


The role will be focussed on delivering against the Council's new Housing Strategy ; maximising existing stock, supporting strong and resilient communities, supporting people to live healthy, independent lives, and enabling sustainable housing growth to meet needs.


As a Team, we are working hard to ensure that everyone in the Borough has a safe, warm and energy efficient home.


We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic officer to support in the delivery of a diverse portfolio of exciting Housing, Low Carbon and Affordable Warmth projects and programmes at scale, attracting external funding and investment from both the private and public sector and maximising business opportunities.

We're looking for people with a commitment to addressing housing need, fuel poverty and health inequalities who have proven project support experience, strong interpersonal skills and work well within a team.
