'Soft' skills:
Exposure to Agile methodologies
We operate under Agile delivery within SAO so this is important - ideally experience is required rather than purely knowledge of the principles.
Change Management governance experience is criticalneeds to have proven project/change delivery experience (ideally battle scarred experience of the Change Management processes and procedures)
First-hand experience of Incident & Recovery Management would be beneficial
Experience/understanding of overall infrastructure design/support principles (agnostic of specific platforms)
Ability to manage own workload across multiple workstreams prioritising accordingly
Ability to 'think outside the box' and not rely purely on defined delivery processes to get things done - I think much of what we deliver is delivered under a 'Recovery' methodology (quicker/faster/leaner than traditional delivery areas) (adds excitementbut requires flexibility and confidence to callout realistic boundaries)
