enable are excited to be partnered with a new and rapidly expanding team of creatives, comprised of new age artists and producers in the Bristol area.

The team are now looking to bring on a Finance & Operations Manager who can help the organization reach thenext stage of growth and beyond.


What you'll be doing

  • Manage the delivery of endtoend financial transaction processes & accounts
  • Oversee all financial aspects from project budgets, board reports and reconciliations
  • Support the development and implementation of a longterm strategy for the company
  • Create & maintain annual and multiyear budgets and forecasts
  • Manage office and tenancy arrangements including rents, business rates and utilities
  • Support continuous process efficiencies and improvements across the company
  • Build relationships with key staff across Finance and the business in order to maintain effectiveness and drive business / financial growth

What you'll need to apply

  • A strong background within accountancy & finance minimum 4 years
  • Excellent reporting and budgetary control experience
  • Experience in office and operational management
  • Previous responsibility in solely managing small to medium size budgets
