Our client is seeking a dedicated Coil Shop Operative to join our thriving company.

As a Coil Shop Operative, you'll play a pivotal role in the production process, ensuring the efficient handling and processing of coils to meet our high-quality standards.

ABOUT US

Our client is a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider. They offer a wide range of innovative and highquality mechanical engineering components and logistics services from our over 200 locations across the UK & Ireland. They provide our customers with the parts and products they need, sometimes partnering with them in their own locations as a seamless extension of their own team.

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience working in an engineering environment.
Knowledge on use of hand and power tools.
General mechanical knowledge
Knowledge on use of overhead cranes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Coil manufacturing
Dismantling electric motors using hand tools.
Taking all windings out using chisel/hammer operation.
Using abrasives to clean out the parts (includes use of angle grinders)
Using chemicals to wash motor casing and steam cleaning
Using short blaster to clean all motor parts.
Using crane operations for all activities.

Working Hours
Mon - Fri: 7am pm

Break 1: 10.30am am

Break 2: 1.30 pm pm

Total working hours: 39
