Job Overview:

Duties:

Construct and assemble structures according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
Execute various carpentry tasks, such as framing, installing windows and doors, and finishing work.
Perform electrical work, including wiring and installing fixtures, in compliance with safety regulations.
Utilize welding techniques to fabricate metal components as required.
Execute masonry work, including laying bricks or stones for walls or walkways.
Install roofing materials and ensure proper waterproofing to protect the building.
Plumb fixtures and pipes for water supply and drainage systems.

Skills:

Comprehensive knowledge of masonry techniques and materials.
Ability to interpret blueprints and follow construction plans accurately.
Proficiency in using hand tools like trowels, hammers, chisels, and levels.
Familiarity with power tools such as saws and drills.
Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity.
Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in various construction tasks including welding, carpentry, electrical work, masonry, and painting.
Ability to work efficiently and deliver highquality results.
