As Technical Operations Supervisor, you will manage a team of dedicated multi-skilled engineers across a small portfolio of prestigious Private Schools within The City of London.
You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of service to customers and working with the wider Management team is key.
Key Responsibilities_**_
- Ensure operation of buildings, technical infrastructure, engineering systems and assets, including critical systems operate to required SLAs
- Ensure efficient and effective management, operation and maintenance processes for buildings, technical infrastructure, engineering systems and assets, including critical systems operate to required standards and SLAs
- Lead a dedicated team of Engineers across all 5 sites
- Ensure that healthy and safety (H&S) and all compliance with all health and safety legislation is followed
- Rostering of core engineering team to contractual requirements
- Ensure all documents including planned, scheduled and reactive maintenance, H&S and safe systems of work etc. are up to date and reviewed at appropriate times.
- Ensure effective recruitment, training and development of engineering team
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- 3 years + of Supervisory / Team Leader experience working in technical Operational environments
- Relevant engineering qualifications
- Experience in managing technical infrastructure, assets and engineering systems
- Experience in critical environment management and processes
- Experience in managing and delivering operations and maintenance services
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and standards
- Knowledge of energy and utility optimisation
