About Our Client:

Page Personnel are currently working with a well known business in Harrogate to recruit a Customer Experience Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis This is a great opportunity for somebody with Customer Service experience to progress their opportunity.

As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be required but not limited to;

Answer any customer questions or queries effectively
Inputting data onto bespoke systems for sales orders
Liaising with other internal departments effectively
Provide thorough company knowledge

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Customer Experience Advisor will;

Have Customer Service experience
Have the ability to work individually as well as part of a team
Excellent telephone manner
Good written and verbal skills
