As Food Runner you will play an integral part in the restaurant's operation.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Head Waiters in maintaining the sections
Running food from the hot pass and cold pass
Managing and restocking the service elements of the hot pass and cold pass
Overseeing pre-service preparations: station replenishment, mise en place
Developing menu knowledge
