Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to join our team.

As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that our work meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations.

Your expertise in analyzing and implementing quality assurance measures will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

Handling installers for getting the work correct.
Perform quality checks at various stages of work to identify any defects or deviations from specifications
Analyze data and test results to identify trends or areas for improvement
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate documentation of all quality control activities and results
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to quality control
Train and educate employees on quality control processes and standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or any equivalent degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience as a Quality Controller or similar role
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools
Familiarity with safety guidelines is highly desirable
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
Strong problemsolving skills to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and convey quality control requirements
