Description

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas in accordance with hotel standards
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels and toiletries
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Experience:


  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in a hospitality setting
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Skills:


  • Hotel experience is a plus
  • Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service to guests
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
