Summary:

We are expanding our artwork and design team in GHQ (Global Headquarters) to further drive effective project management and deliver improvements.

Role Purpose:

As Global artwork & Asset manager you will support the Health team in the creation of artwork & assets from master design through to commercially reproducible artwork.

You will interface with internal teams such as Marketing, Design, and supply chain to ensure we deliver commercially viable content.

This position will also be responsible for working with senior leaders to optimise our internal process, identifying where we can drive efficiencies, manage project timelines, and communicate effectively with both internal, and external stakeholders.

Requirements/Skills:

An artwork & asset expert that can provide guidance and input.
Someone who understands the artwork process and how to fit this into project management.
Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously; working with various crossfunctional team members as well as multiple external stakeholders at the same time.
Functioning as a collaborative partner to the internal Design & Marketing teams.
Strong communication skills, with ability to build collaborative relationships.
Proactively gather (future) artwork project information from internal and external stakeholders for assigned global Powerbrands.
Uphold our company values of 'Doing the right thing, always" and intervene/escalate where this is judged to be at risk through conflict with other interests.
Work with Global Artwork and Assets Manager to translate projects into agency partner forecast/ensure agency capacity.
Proven track record in delivering projects and experience as a team/project lead
Experience in FMCG product development considered a plus
Experience in Ecom/digital services considered a plus
