DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities for Commercial Engineers:

At all times, be aware of and adhere to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety at Work Policy.
Carry out the servicing, maintenance, diagnostics breakdown repairs and installations of a variety of gas boiler manufacturers and appliances and systems, efficiently and to a high standard.
The role will incorporate:
Installation, service and repair of gas boilers, pumps
Completing "Landlord Gas Safety Record" (LGSR's) checks

Qualifications

Recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification
Commercial Gas qualification (Gas Safe)
OFTEC Registered
Relevant ACS, OFTEC or current ACOP's equivalent qualifications
CCN1, CEN1, WAT1 & LPG, CKR1 and HTR1, OFTEC (Permanent dwellings)
