Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German)

Permanent

£21,000 - £23,000 + up to 5% annual bonus + benefits

Milton Keynes

Your responsibilities as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German) will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining SLA's for the various clients
  • Accurate administration of the database for the benefit of the team and customer.
  • Liaising with suppliers for order updates and queries
  • Order processing and monitoring
  • Other adhoc duties as required

To be a successful Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German) you must have:

  • Native or fluent German.
  • A willingness to take responsibility for your own work.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively.
