MBA are looking for a Service Manager to work out of our client's prestigious Automotive Retail Centre in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry.

The client is a family run business who started over 110 years ago and during that time, have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West.

As a Service Manager, you are responsible for the organisation and direction of the completeService Department, upholding exceptional customer standards to achieve service satisfaction programme objectives and ensuring all department staff strive to achieve plans and budgets.

In return, the Service Manager can expect a salary of £50,000 with a realistic OTE of £65,000 plus a company car.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall performance of the Service Department
  • Ensuring all customer service enquiries are managed effectively and all manufacturer required standards are met
  • To maintain and evaluate management statistics plan and budgets to report to Group as required
  • Assess and review the performance of all service staff, conducting yearly appraisals and training needs analysis

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Manager within a franchised dealership
  • Results driven and able to meet industry standard budgets and objectives
  • Strong relationship skills and able to work with people at all levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to delegate
