Laundry Production Supervisor Wanted

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as a Laundry Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daytoday operations of the laundry production team
Ensure the efficient and effective use of resources, including staffing, materials, and equipment
Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor and evaluate the performance of production staff, providing training and support as needed
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
Manage the production schedule and ensure ontime delivery of orders

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a laundry production environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of laundry production processes and equipment
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills

Salary:
£11.00-£12.45 per hour
