£35,000 - £38,000 per annum + £3,600 performance bonus (£900 every three months)

Our team in Blackpool is currently looking for a seasoned Disability Assessor to join us.

As a Disability Assessor, your primary responsibility is to evaluate individuals with disabilities and health conditions to determine if they are eligible for government benefits.

You will be conducting assessments through face-to-face, telephone, or Zoom sessions and creating comprehensive reports based on your findings.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct facetoface, telephone, and Zoom assessments with individuals with disabilities
  • Write detailed reports based on your findings
  • Make informed decisions about eligibility for government benefits
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:


  • Minimum oneyear postregistration experience as a Nurse, Doctor, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car for work purposes
