An opportunity has arisen within a multi award winning Architectural Practice in Birmingham for a Principal Designer.

The established practice has grown rapidly since it was founded nearly 50 years ago, because of their notoriously good reputation they uphold in the local market.


As part of the expansion plans, they recently set a Principal Designer discipline and are now looking to grow the team because of their large volume of work with a variety of high-profile clients in London, the Midlands and the Home Counties.


The role of Principal Designer:


  • Preparing CDM documentation, writing reports, producing files/manuals, office administration etc
  • Attending meetings
  • Responding to technical queries
  • Reviewing designs
  • Risk management
  • Project manage your own portfolio of varied projects.
Strong requirement to have a professional construction and Health & Safety qualification.


The Principal Designer role offers favourable benefits such as:
